PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

It must be difficult to decide where the line is drawn between a legitimate question and a vindictive fishing expedition. I really believe that the Mancini stuff going back 15 years was absurd and suggested bad faith from the PL.
I still think there is a decent chance that cooperation falls or stands with the substantive stuff. If a party fails to prove very serious allegations, they tend not to have the sympathy of the tribunal on ancillary points so can lose on everything. It was perhaps different at CAS because City so clearly did not provide many documents until right at the end.

That said, there is almost no chance there will be demonstrated bad faith against the PL so better for people to manage any such expectations.

They can’t come up with a verdict till Wednesday. My fridge has packed in and the bubbly is getting warm. Engineer comes Tuesday pm, so they are free to announce Weds am.

That is my gut feeling as well. City went public with their non-cooperation at CAS. They withdrew and put out a rare statement saying so. This case does seem more nuanced.

The trick at McD's to get fresh food is to order something different such as a burger without tomato ketchup, then put your own on from the side.

Result is your food's not been sat waiting going gradually cold.

Of course, the best plan is to never ever eat in the fucking place.
Best way to get your burger spat on too
