PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

This is not established or known so there is no definitely about it. We do know there were some disputes about disclosure but we don't have specifics or have knowledge of what happened post the High Court. I suspect City felt they complied but the PL believed their rules were wide enough to ask more or less what they wanted.

The PL want it all to stick, but it’s not up to them. And the panel won’t want anything to stick or not stick, they’ll judge the facts and make a decision

It must be difficult to decide where the line is drawn between a legitimate question and a vindictive fishing expedition. I really believe that the Mancini stuff going back 15 years was absurd and suggested bad faith from the PL.
 
I posted last weekend that i'd heard a rumour off a good friend that knows somebody who works with the travelling squad that we'd beaten the main charges and it was pretty much common knowledge in the club

However I was also told that we'd been found guilty of the non co-operation charge and that City were arguing extenuating circumstances and were in negotiations with the PL to agree an outcome as both parties want an end to this once and for all

This pretty much tallys up with the rumours going around over the last day or so

Only passing on what I heard and I can't vouch for the club contact as I don't know him at all
