The Berbatov one for me, he was incredible that night. I always smile when I think that this was the same player that somehow put the ball over the top from underneath the bar against the rags in the 2011 semi final!!

And if going by just 1 performance.. Victor Gyokares when we played Sporting away earlier this season. I couldn't believe how he completely manhandled our midfield and defense. The guy made Messi look like an average player in comparison.

Away from the obvious, one that sticks in my head was when we played Juve in the late 2000's i think and Del Piero was playing towards the end of his career. Wow what a player. He was head and shoulders above every player on the pitch even at that age and i always wondered how good he must of been in his pomp.
