Yep as I alluded to months back - is now starting to fall into place . . .It is squarely in my soft signal category. Not determinative but the last person you would send if you thought a poor result was imminent is the key lawyer. And frankly, I doubt he would fancy going. For example the current CFO, Ingo Bank could easily go alone. Or Ferran.

I suspect they are discussing a way of releasing the news to limit damage to the PL.

The case is done City's lawyers will have a fair idea how it's gone, and obviously now know what the premier leagues evidence (if any) was. I stopped reading at ramekins. Just no need for that kind of language on here!Here's a simple fish pie recipe that’s quick and easy to prepare. Portion into ramekins and freeze for quick toddler meals or cook in a big dish for the perfect family supper.
- Prep:15 mins
- Cook:45 mins
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Maris Piper potatoes
peeled and halved- 400ml milk
plus a splash- 25g butter
plus a knob- 25g plain flour
- 4 spring onions
finely sliced- 1 x pack fish pie mix
(cod, salmon, smoked haddock etc, weight around 320g-400g depending on pack size)- 1 tsp Dijon or English mustard
- ½ a 25g pack or a small bunch chives
finely snipped- handful frozen sweetcorn
- handful frozen petits pois
- handful grated cheddar
METHOD
step 1
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas mark 6.
step 2
Put 1kg potatoes, peeled and halved, in a saucepan and pour over enough water to cover them. Bring to the boil and then simmer until tender.
step 3
When cooked, drain thoroughly and mash with a splash of milk and a knob of butter. Season with ground black pepper.
step 4
Put 25g butter, 25g plain flour and 4 finely sliced spring onions in another pan and heat gently until the butter has melted, stirring regularly. Cook for 1-2 mins.
step 5
Gradually whisk in 400ml milk using a balloon whisk if you have one. Bring to the boil, stirring to avoid any lumps and sticking at the bottom of the pan. Cook for 3-4 mins until thickened.
step 6
Take off the heat and stir in 320g-400g mixed fish, 1 tsp Dijon or English mustard, a small bunch of finely snipped chives, handful of sweetcorn and handful of petits pois. Spoon into an ovenproof dish or 6-8 ramekins.
step 7
Spoon the potato on top and sprinkle with a handful of grated cheddar cheese.
step 8
Pop in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden and bubbling at the edges. Alternatively, cover and freeze the pie or mini pies for another time.

If mine could even name a footballer id have the alarm bells going offMy missus this morning ( doesn't really understand the politics of football ) having a rant about how long it's taking for the results of the hearing.
She than said if City were guilty we wouldnt get relegated because the league needs competition.
At this point I spat my brew out in surprise. I had to explain to her that football needs dippers, rags and gooners to win the league between them self's other wise it's boring. The fact that City have won the league on the last game of the season 4 or 5 times isn't exciting lol.
She than said....course winning on the last day is exciting, I kept trying to see you in the crowd against villa. The sound when the goals went in was amazing. I had to explain it's was boring to the press/media because we beat the dippers to the league.
She than said ....well it boring this season as it isn't two teams fighting it out with dippers so far ahead.
I had to explain that it's only boring if it's City leading by 13 odd points.
Missus is new to football we only been together 10 years or so, she didn't know the rags, dippers or gooners were once successfully. Actually ignore the dippers 2 titles in 34 yrs isn't really a monopoly lol.
Missus says these charges are clearly out of jealousy.
Missus doesn't understand what is wrong with our Sheikh investing as much as he wants. Again I had to explain that the rags, dippers and gooners are American own. Owners that don't want to spend money but only take it out to be successful. Had to explain as with trump Americans are a racist society and want the world to run to their tune.
Than a very good point my missus made.....they ( pl UEFA etc ) don't like middle east money in the game but are happy to take it in fines against you !
It is hard trying to explain to the missus and I guess to alot of other fans as they don't understand or follow this continuous attack on City. The British press/media have played a blinder in helping the pl, gooners, dippers and rags. To everyone apart from us City fans we must be guilty and that's the bottom line.
We need City to come out once cleaned and name names and clubs who are behind this. Us fans need to know the club will throw shit and name these bastards.
As fans (well I have) We have had to put up with being called 'cheats' 'wanker' 'cheating cunts' when just out shopping with the missus. At one point I was thinking of not going out in my City gear, than I thought 'these bastards aren't going to stop me'.
This topic of conversation at 8am Saturday morning killed any romantic ideas I had lol.
