It would make sense for us to play on the Saturday and Palace/Villa to play on the Sunday as there are fewer transport links on Sunday and those two sets of fans don't have as far to travel.

It’s ridiculous how long the people in charge take to make this decision.
As a flexi gold holder, I have until 10am tomorrow to confirm the Villa game. I need to see whether it’s on a day I can make, I couldn’t do the Monday evening, I guess we won’t know before 10am tomorrow!?

They only know they’ll play the winners of Arsenal/Madrid on either the Tuesday or Wednesday, playing the second leg a week later, on the other day.

It may be the best part of another week before it’s all official. Semi final dates and times have been confirmed 10-12 days after the quarter finals in each of the last three seasons and that includes a couple of occasions when one game could only be on the Sunday due a team having a Europa League tie on the preceding Thursday.
