PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So, is the betting now that we reach page 20000 before we get the outcome??
What's the likelihood that either us or the PL want the outcome to be made public during the run in to the end of the season? For us, we have a job to do on the pitch to win a CL spot. Would the club want such a distraction, positive or negative, at this stage? For the PL, ok the title's a dead rubber now, but there's still European places and relegation slots to be played for. In theory, this is the showpiece end to the season and a big part of the package they sell around the world. Would the PL or their customers really want this to be overshadowed by the outcome being published? If we don't hear in the next week, my money's on the summer....20000 here we come!

why do I have the feeling if Uefa caught us with something like this selling that smaller stadium where ladies team playing to Man City Limited from under CFG Ltd for 100m to fit under the Uefa ffp rules we would be subject to a CL ban for a season at least but when others fail Uefa FFP its tiny fines and minor charges.

you do have the feeling others could drive a bus through FFP these days and get a fine of 1-2m pounds despite it is clear break of rules especially with some of the heavy spending that caused it like Chelsea.again the media plays a role here, as rags wasnt labeled cheaters for their minor breaches last season Chelsea will not get anything like we got in the press.

I very much expect Chelsea will be 10s of millions above whatever their Uefa FFP allowance for season 23-24 in spending. but it also sets a precedent if they get a settlement of 5m and be done with it.

dont forget when Chelsea self admitted the Abra crimes Uefa took few months and also settled with Chelsea on those for 10m fee. PL has been looking at that case since 1.5 years at least since Uefa did the settlement on it ffs.

yet if there were some new emails about City paying agents off the book between 2016 and 2019, I bet there would be a big Uefa disciplinary case on it and a long legal battle with expulsion at stake rather than some tiny fines.
they even hit is through CAS for 10m for non-cooperation which is lot less serious than what Chelsea self admitted which also got 10m fees.

and now this new FFP breaches also significantly more serious than our non cooperation but again Uefa will be very soft I guess.

so many proof we are handled differently. if its not the skin colour of our owners I dont now what else.
Is it more a case of we didn't grease the palms of the grubby Uefa & now the EPL despite what bitter rival fans say. Ceferin wanted us to fall in line & pay a insignificant fine

If the news on this is good, and our owners know it. Does anyone here support the idea of holding back publishing it until the day Liverpool win the title? I'd love that personally.
No, if we win the last thing we'd want is almost no reporting as the dip wankfest will roll on...as for the Prem us winning and announced that day would be a great result for them.
