The Chants Against Foden's Mum

Generally isn’t exclusively.

‘Based’ plainly connotes exclusivity.
Not according to case law, for example if you have a policy that favours working households it is unlawful according to the High Court, and non-working households are more likely to be single mothers, so was found to be indirect discrimination against women, children and disabled people as well.

There are lots of the above in working households cohorts. There are lots of similar judgements handed down from the High and Supreme Court to back it up.

That is a non-sequitur to your assertion that it is gender based abuse.

Do you think promiscuous women are slags?

Yes, clearly. Because there’s a bit of context to that with Rebecca Vardy. What is the context for Foden’s mum being a slag? Just that she’s a bit of a feisty, working class woman?
I get your perspective, but mine was founded on ignoring the thoughts of horrible cunts who say either of those things. They are both objectively unkind.

Are you equating being called a grass to being called a slag?

A grass is literally as per definition to "inform the police of someone's criminal activities or plans."

Not the same as saying a thousand men have battered your minge.
You think a woman being promiscuous is worse than someone betraying their friends?

Because if you do, you’re fucked in the head.

I was pointing out that under equality legislation and the PSED if you are disproportionately affecting a cohort it is discrimination, it doesn't have to be exclusively affecting them.

If a term that is used the vast majority of time as an insult to women is used against a woman in that way, there is no way it isn't discrimination on grounds of gender to a reasonable man in 2025 the way the legislation has been applied and tested.

Stoke away. 0-0 draw. A week later we dicked United 4-1. Surprised I’m not on that video as that chant was everywhere that day!
Took my nephew to that Stoke game for his first away, he went home singing that song, his dad loved it his mum not so much, he'd of been about 9! He is City mad now. Job done.
