Sounds delusional and hopeful to be quite honest with you

Who holds the cards of when its released? I take it the independent panel will report back to both parties the verdict.
Are they delaying this to allow Liverpool to get the title clinched?

An early verdict would be good for City because it would mean some of the allegations wouldn't have been heard or thrown out.

But that doesn't mean a longer wait would be bad for City, just that allegations and all evidence was heard. I don't think the wait means anything at all, tbh.

All imho.

They're probably still waiting for the PL to produce some evidence.

There is no way this panel is holding anything back to make anything easier for anybody. They will issue it when it is finished. Simples.
 
Is this not in keeping with the normal timescales for cases of such complexity? I’m sure Stefan was originally skeptical about the prospects of getting a verdict before the end of the current campaign. If so, this update is merely confirming that things are running to typical timescales etc, not that I know anything about anything…

Yes. There is no basis, evidence or precedent to assume we now won’t hear until the summer (which itself isn’t known) so they can bring a points deduction in at a more convenient time.
 
I won a bet vs my whole office once. I said the blue Fry’s chocolate cream was fondant flavour. Everybody else said it was mint flavour. I rang up Cadburys and put them on speaker phone….of course they were all mistaken.

The World’s oldest chocolate bar brand by the way.

One of my finest days ;-)

In other news…we have to wait until the Summer for the verdict?! Bloody hell.
