If we beat Everton next weekend, I think we''ll finish 4th at worst but that will be a big ask.

Their form and Chelsea’s remaining games make me think they can both miss out. Newcastle with their two in hand look like they’re more likely to make it and I can’t count Villa out yet.

We’re not in the best place either with Villa, Bournemouth and Fulham left.
 
Toughest set left using the Top Seven (mainly as at least one has to drop points)
Newcastle - Chavs (H) and Villa, Arsenal away.
Chelsea - Dippers (H) Newcastle and Forest away.
Villa - Newcastle (H) and City away.
City - Villa home
Forest - Chav (H)

* other tough games do exist.
 
This thread is an interesting read in terms of how people predict and react to results - both our own and those of our rivals.
A lot of City fans (understandably) have the mindset of recent epic title races where dropping any points whatsoever was looked on as disastrous and potentially terminal. This isn’t like that - it’s a number of teams that are a long way short of being perfect and are all more than capable of slipping up in any given week. Winning every game won’t be necessary - getting more points than the team finishing sixth is all that matters.

Like Ipswich at home.
 
Chelsea not winning a winnable game works in our advantage for now.
Newcastle need to be looked on ,they win games in hand and they to 3rd
 
I'd be shocked if we don't do it to be honest, we have the fixtures. We should be looking at 2nd and 3rd and thinking they're more than doable.
