Chelsea not beating Ipswich at home is a horrible result for them, unless something changes drastically they aren't gonna make it.... they have a horrible run in and terrible form

Forest should but their form has dropped off a cliff... they have let a huge gap go and they havent been in this position before, they'll fall away

Newcastle will get it, Villa and ourselves I'd say take the next 2 places

Newcastle are the form team and I wouldn't be surprised to see them push Arsenal for 2nd in the end. I think they will get 3rd.

Chelsea with their fixture list and Conference League participation, added into the fact they have quite a young and inexperienced team, will see them miss out.

It will be between us, Villa and Forest for 4th and 5th.

In my opinion, I think Forest will miss out. They've been riding their luck for quite a while now, have the lowest possession in the league, have only scored 2 in their last 4 matches since the break and have the least amount of experience out of all the teams mentioned.

We could be anywhere depending on which City team turns up for the run in from 3rd to 7th....

Think we'll manage 4th.

Forest are running on fumes, Villa have too much going on there's a reason very few teams apart from us can compete on multiple fronts & Chelsea just aren't good enough.

I've been impressed that Newcastle haven't fallen away after the cup win, again that's what normally happens to the LC winners (apart from us).

Go onto predictions and sort by CL percentage. We are at 83%.

Seems high but then I’m a blue and fear the worst!

One bad result for anyone will change things hugely.

Personally I rule out Chelsea as their run in is horrendous after that I don’t know. Our next two games look tricky and the last 4 easier but it just doesn’t end up like that.

Avoiding defeat against Villa is pretty crucial I’d say.

I would think that wherever we finish it should be above Chelsea, they’re in horrible form and look like a side thrown together with money and no plan.

Next two are huge for us, obviously every Everton home match will be treated as big deal so Goodison will be rocking, but we’ll have to deal with that.

Villa are in decent form but we may play them at the right time, they will have had a run of Forest, PSG, Soton, PSG, Newcastle then us a few days before Wembley so they will be on a run of big games (Soton apart) and Wembley will be on their minds.

Newcastle are bang in form and I’d say they’re almost a gimme on top 5.

Forest look to be tiring but they do have some winnable fixtures- Spurs, Leicester and West Ham some tricky but winnable Palace and Brentford and then Chelsea last match. I wonder whether they could maintain momentum if they drop below us and Newcastle.

Newcastle v Villa this weekend.

Need to get something at Everton to take advantage.

Suppose there is a small chance Palace could get a draw at Newcastle on Wednesday.

Newcastle had a similar run earlier this year before a few surprise losses. I expect all three of us to make the CL, with Forest sliding out of the picture. The pressure is on them now and whilst Everton had the best game plan to beat them, by not wanting the ball either, I can see them falling down the table as the games tick by.

Newcastle most certainly will be in the top 5 so it might be better looking at it from another point of view that we want them to beat villa and chelsea

I think Newcastle have the hardest run in. I can see City finishing 2nd (optimistic) or 3rd simply because we've only got Villa to play that's around us and it's a home game as well, the rest have to play at least two of the others. So we're in very good shape for the top 5 spot.

Leave some drugs for the rest of us!
