Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

I will be in the City Store from about 17:30pm on Tuesday before the Aston Villa match, nearby to the stairs to the second floor. Brian, who is the Matchday Member representative, will also be with me.

If you know anyone who isn't as comfortable with technology, or would rather chat face to face, I am very happy to pick up any concerns about the ten-game policy. Likewise, very happy to deal with any wider issues too. I'm very conscious that the Club only shared the information via social media and on the official website, so there may be many people still unaware.
Sent you an email today mate.

I have met a few supporters that still get a card to get in to games. I, myself, used to print my tickets till this season.

The digitisation will only reinforce what supporters will, or don't, purchase anything at the game.

Who do they want at games? Solid supporters or single game attendees who will purchases from the store?
They want fans or supporters who will spend the most money in the ground and the club shop.

It's quite easy for anyone to download anyone else season ticket to their phone, all you need is a log in provided free by the club when obtaining a membership number, then create a "strong link" and you can download each others tickets no problem , I have mine , my daughters and my dads ticket on my phone and they each have the same. Just make sure anyone you want to transfer your ticket to is "strong linked" and when they download and use it , it will seem you have attended the game.
And make sure you trust them enough not to turn up and use it for games where you intend to attend yourself.

There should be absolutely no reason why we can’t have both.

I've lost count of how many games I've been to this season as have transfered my ticket a few times. How can you check?

If you look under ‘history’ for any game you’ve transferred it will have two entries. One in the original name and another with the name of whoever you’ve transferred it to.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your terrific work over the course of your stint with City Matters. Would be great if you could switch to season ticket rep after your current representation of the u-25s ends but not sure whether this is allowed? Or whether you'd even be interested in doing it anyway?

If I recall correctly last year I think you said they tried to bring in the 16 game requirement then, but you convinced them to cap it at 14? Are you not a bit personally miffed they've now gone ahead with it this year without consulting you/City Matters at all? Alongside that they've additionally brought in this personal 10 game requirement on top... again without discussing it at all with our FAB. As has been mentioned by somebody else they always seem to break all this negative news on a bank holiday weekend and do a mic drop and fuck off. It's no wonder there's so much scepticism within our fanbase of those running the club.

Thanks, I’ll have a look now. Is there also a way of checking which games I’ve swiped in for? I manage the season cards for my family and know they haven’t been to a couple of games due to work commitments but not sure how many?

One thing missing from this thread are season card holders who are going to try and attend another game or two, next season.

Thanks pal. Working through all the messages I've received but should be able to get back to you tomorrow. I've had around 45 people get in touch already, which is telling - particularly given that I don't have an especially large reach across the fanbase.

I don’t think so mate.

But I’ve been let in a couple of times without activating the card reader and got an email about it.

So the email address association with the individual cards should have got an email whenever they’ve not been used. Assuming that they automatically send them out every time, that is.
