Just the way it goes , same happened to Wilson, both will be back soon enough challenging for titles.
 
Higgins v O’Connor was one of those frames! Higgins won only potting 3 reds… O’Connor lost by going in off the black

But in mine ronnie is the greatest player ever.
By a long way..watching brecel v day now is like watching a different sport to what was been played an hour ago

Out of interest, what more would Ronnie have to do to turn your opinion?

I mean , O’Sullivan has beaten him 30-21 in head to head and has more major titles , also would you say Hendry’s opponents were as strong as they have been the last couple decades ? I feel Ronnie is the better player, only thing I would give Hendry over him is temperament.

Yeah his temperament is a big one. You never know what mental state Ronnie is in. When he's on it Ronnie is untouchable but it well known sometimes he just can't be arsed.

Hendry in the 90's was just a machine and his consistency was outstanding and he was relentless. Many players from that era have said he would wear them down just by his break building as normally one visit was enough for him and he would get players under severe pressure with his excellent safety play.

He's also the only player to win 5 major tournaments in a single season and the only player to win the triple crown twice.

Ronnie is a fantastic player and it's close between him and Hendry but for me Hendry just edges it
