Just goes to show he is capable of creating, we've seen it in flashes.

If he can hone that, he'll be frightening. As Pep said, over 5 yards or so, there's nobody better.

He should be absolutely dedicate himself to practicing and practicing his final ball. The rest of what he needs to do such as dribbling is already taken care of.

If he dedicates himself to doing that, we've got a hell of a weapon on our hands. It's in there, it's not beyond his capability, we saw it last night.

Hopefully, Doku's consecutive game changing performances will go some way to debunking the myth of his supposedly 'terrible' crossing. No winger would be able to pick out a team mate consistently through the forest of defensive legs we usually encounter, but given a stretched back four last night and a bit more space, he served up a beaut. Gives us something different

I can't find cross success percentage stats anywhere, but I saw that the average for all the Premier league players is 18 percent. I doubt Doku is below this, from watching I'd wager every fourth cross reaches its destination on average, so the perception that he's a poor crosser comes again from volume. He's not great though, Savinho is better in this aspect.

But then again I feel like Doku has the most hockey assists in the league. Very often the pass he makes is the one before the final pass. Unfortunately this isn't noticed by G/A merchants.

Just under, not too bad.

Under utilized and underrated. His a big asset to the attack. Can't understand why Pep does not use him.more.
Because he has quite a few games where he is not adding anything. Right now he's contributing well from the bench.

I like him, he adds some chaos but he needs consistent end product.

Keep using him as an impact sub, last 30. Its great for his progress to be delivering like this and his confidence and knowledge of how to act in certain situations will improve. Then delivering will be natural to him and we can start using him from the beginning and hopefully his output will stay.

Can't teach the pace, but a round of applause for the cross as well. Off the outside of his boot, from his weaker foot, perfectly weighted. They don't get much better than that.
Wasn't his weaker foot. But doesn't change the level of difficulty or how fantastic the cross was.

It's not so much the quality of the cross, as when to cross and when to have the extra touch. Last night was perfect, but on previous occasions he's tended to wait too long and a promising move has led to a corner or clearance.
It also helps when you have runners and team mates busting a gut to get into the area.

I’ve seen it so many times—Doku whips in a great near-post cross, and there’s no one there to meet it. Haaland has a frustrating habit of being in the wrong spot, just hanging out at the far post, even though he knows Doku tends to cross with his weaker foot toward the near post. Haaland seriously needs to work on his positioning. And if he’s not going to make those near-post runs, then we need more players crashing the box to take advantage. Marmoush will feast on those kinds of deliveries next season. Sterling feasted on those near post runs, so did Gundo!

Haven't read the general consensus but to me, I'd have him 2nd attacking name on team sheet behind Marmoush at the minute.

Looks an absolute threat every time he gets the ball. I can see his final ball is lacking obviously but he makes things happen time after time.

I just hope he doesnt get the hump and we sell him and then he plays regularly somewhere and rips it up.

I imagine what any full back thinks when they play us. Will they want a slow, inverted midfielder passing the ball inside or a tricky fast winger trying to beat them every time.

Hoping hes very much part of Peps plan next season.

Big, big fan myself.

Doku's weaknesses are well documented, but if he can continue to deliver balls like the one he did on Tuesday then he will turn into a very good winger.
