Forgive me if it's already been mentioned but what was the policy this season over having to attend games in person? (as it's going to insist on 10 next year). I'm just not sure if I've been to enough to be able to renew you see, I've always sold the ticket when I wasn't going though.

There wasn't any policy of the kind this season, it's a completely new restriction they've introduced. You should be able to renew mate.

What’s the difference between flexi gold and value golds?

Value Gold I have no idea where I’ll be sat. They will allocate me a seat once the renewals are done.

But that will be my seat for the year.

Then I get the option to renew like this year if I want to keep that seat - £750 or just go Value Gold again at £330 and let fate decide where I’ll sit.

Quite enjoyed it being in different areas.

Not had a bad seat in 8 years of it either.

Edit, I think there is a glitch in the system because I couldn't renew.

The requirements for last year were 10 or more PL games but it flagged up I couldn't renew as it was stating the new 16 game figure for S/T holders.

My lad has been to 12 I think.

Looks like an error and they are working on it as I can't get back on.

No need to panic, these things happen with computer updates.

Think you had to utilise it 14 times this season and not 16. No 10 game personal attendance criteria in place for this season either. So if the season ticket has been used by whatever means on 14 occasions this season you'll be able to re-new.

Like reading through a book with all these fucking changing t's and c's.

Just got off the phone regarding the new junior Felxi-Gold junior season tickets as there is no mention of them in this latest renewal email.

Very vague. Depends on how many renewals there are to how many they will release. And they aren't sure if it will be before or after the relocation window. I will have to relocate as the seats beside me are season ticket holders. A lot more info needs to be provided

It's a brilliant option for anyone who doesn't need to be sat with their mates/family members every game. Especially in a great stadium with no restricted views.

I've sat in every stand in every level and there's no such thing as a 'bad view'.

I’m flexi gold and have been to many more games than the 16, including cup games, but haven’t had an email, should I be concerned? Ignore this, email just arrived.

Got an email, clicked on the link, paid and confirmation received all within about 5 mins. Seamless.

They took my money but are yet to refund me for the aston villa game sold on the exchange, they probably could save themselves a little hassle by just knocking this money off your season ticket for the following year.

To be very clear I think that if your not prepared to turn up and support the team yes you should have you season ticket revoked . And before you spout the usual nonsense can't attend going abroad /going to university/shift work / family emergency or any reasonable excuse.All you do is ring the club and explain why and guess what they give you an exemption

It’s about that for a bottle and pretty sure apart from one part the ground it’s all carling. Drinks at our place have been an area that’s improved on the matchday IMO and sign of the times an average pint is probably 5.20 ish now across Manchester.

Never go to the arena that’s real rip off prices for pints…

Match days the arena pints are the same as the Etihad ?

Really don't think there's a 'bad' seat in these modern stadiums. Glad to see they are still offering these, will inevitably drop on to one (if they're still there) with the way things are heading.

Weird how they haven't mentioned it at all on the renewal pages. Too busy coming up with ways to take the season tickets off others. For the benefit of everybody do you re-new the current seat and then go on to it or do you have to ring up?

This 10 game attendance thing, basically it’s that you scan in your own season ticket for 10/19 games and then you can transfer/ticket exchange other 9, correct?

I have a disabled ticket that by default gives me disabled entrance but son has a normal one and sits right next to me but has a separate entrance so last season every game I transferred to my brothers account and received a mobile ticket which would then have the same normal entrance as my lad and we could go in together, that just means I transferred all 19 games last year while still attending every game myself in my own seat but I guess their system would show all 19 as transferred? What’s the way around this year?? They don’t make anything easy!

To be fair the club have been great with me this season when I had to miss most matches before Christmas because of major health issues. As it happened I was able to utilise my season ticket in all competitions apart from one occasion by transferring the seat or selling it on the planner. They offered to refund me for all those matches that didn't sell as a goodwill gesture. In fact the customer service was fantastic.

I buy mine & my sons STs. Is it easy to download both into an iPhone wallet - even though he has his own City account?
