Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Just ring the Club if they mention attendance at games to you. They have loads of exemptions from the 10 game rule.
The people on S Gate are really good, and they will likely let your lad scan in there if he is accompanying you, no need to mess around transferring.

Alternatively email the Access team and ask them to move your lad to S Gate so you can both go in the same entrance, and I am assuming this will make your life easier to not have to go through the turnstile.

It’s a strange world. Most Bluemooners stick up for anyone with a season card who hasn’t been to a home game in years but stayed quiet when the attempted bullying of supporters club members was rampant on here.

City aren’t going to be rushing to take anyone’s season card off them when we have another 8k of seats to fill. In fact the touts that congregate at the ground were hastily moved on on Tuesday night. A decent sign of progress in my book they touts won’t be tolerated.
There are loads of examples where season ticket holders couldn't attend games and the club bent over backwords, even rufunding games which weren't attended, can't do anymore than that...again the club will not be taking ANYONE'S season ticket off them for none attendance, if you have a valid reason.

Can flexi golds move on to a value gold does anyone know?
Renewed our 3 golds and upgraded the grandsons flexi to gold (17/19) you have a little drop down box where you can select your option, I tried for 93.20 just to check on prices but it wouldn’t proceed with that option (maybe in relocation window) confirmation of flexi upgrade was in the email sent at 11.24

If you relocate to a cheaper area do you get refunded? Not sure if there’s a chance of cheaper ones available but just wondered

I'd advise anybody that is 50/50 about renewing due to the new criteria to just re-new. If they take the season ticket off you the following season then cross that bridge when you get to it.

You're doing their job for them by not renewing. Some just don't want to be in the naughty corner and not abide by the new t's and c's. In both worst case scenarios you lose your season ticket. One, however, is certain of it and that is something you can control. Renew.

You still haven't explained why you think only turning up for 9 games is acceptable to buy a season ticket . Every empty seat is depriving someone being able to attend

They’re not empty though are they if they’re sold on the exchange, or on here, or passed on to a fellow blue.

Ffs.

If is doing a lot for a small word , you only need to look around even at big games to see empty seats . So your reason for the club to allow you to buy at a big discount is ......

Sorry if this has been mentioned before now.

I've been a value gold ST holder this season, east stand level 3. I pay by direct debit so do get renewed automatically, but out of interest went to renew manually there, and the price came up as £830!

Will the club automatically keep me on value gold and change my seat or will i be renewed for this seat and be expected to pay £830 unless i manually relocate?

Does anyone know if there is still a way to get a physical card?
I can only reply to this using my circumstances.

I used P@H tickets for the last three seasons, my mobile is basic, and not compatible to the systems at the stadium.
After a bit of confusion, after completing a online application form sent to me by City for a card, I was sent one through the post before the start of this season.

As I attend games with my sister, any away from the stadium (Wembley on five occasions now) are loaded on her phone.
