Can flexi golds move on to a value gold does anyone know?
Doubt it mate. Possibly if you've done the 16 game criteria this season in order for you to get a 'normal' one next season.

Sorry I men the AO arena not the co op one. Got stung for 8.50 a pint and something like £13 for a short. So in terms of fleecing us we’re not that bad in this regardMatch days the arena pints are the same as the Etihad ?
Existing will get converted to Value Goldive just renewed mine and its give me an option to buy a value gold is that an extra ticket or will it replace my existing one
No, it’s pretty random, each seat on its own. They use VGs to fill single seat gaps between seats as those sell less to Cityzens and leave pairs or more together for those buying individual game tickets. If you bought two with a family member would the seats be next to each other?
Where is that documented? What circumstances qualify, and what don't.To be very clear I think that if your not prepared to turn up and support the team yes you should have you season ticket revoked . And before you spout the usual nonsense can't attend going abroad /going to university/shift work / family emergency or any reasonable excuse. All you do is ring the club and explain why and guess what they give you an exemption
citymatters were bypassed, apparently given an hours' notice. it's clearly to put a gun to fans' heads to say renew now regardless of the new restrictions we have addedNo idea, all I know is I looked on my account and there was the option for Season tickets and, I am assuming as it was before 11.00 it wouldn't let me renew, then I tried again at 11.00 and off we go all renewed. :-)

And how ridiculous that people at the club are now spending time playing judge, jury and executioner while supporters of the club are forced to beg to keep their season ticket.
Just phone and ask to change your entrance mate. They can update the system to show a different entrance. Can’t see that being a problemThis 10 game attendance thing, basically it’s that you scan in your own season ticket for 10/19 games and then you can transfer/ticket exchange other 9, correct?
I have a disabled ticket that by default gives me disabled entrance but son has a normal one and sits right next to me but has a separate entrance so last season every game I transferred to my brothers account and received a mobile ticket which would then have the same normal entrance as my lad and we could go in together, that just means I transferred all 19 games last year while still attending every game myself in my own seat but I guess their system would show all 19 as transferred? What’s the way around this year?? They don’t make anything easy!
affects a very small number of people. if they announced that start of the season more people could have changed shifts and organised things to ensure they qualify. this is all to say "look we've made some available" when in fact they haven'tOnly ones that have hit 16/19 games, despite not letting anyone know about this ahead of time.

They have stated that anyone with problems contact them, this even includes work shifts etc.Where is that documented? What circumstances qualify, and what don't.

Especially when we're about to open a brand new stand where we should be able to accommodate anyone that wants a ticket.
Just ring the Club if they mention attendance at games to you. They have loads of exemptions from the 10 game rule. This 10 game attendance thing, basically it’s that you scan in your own season ticket for 10/19 games and then you can transfer/ticket exchange other 9, correct?

It’s a strange world. Most Bluemooners stick up for anyone with a season card who hasn’t been to a home game in years but stayed quiet when the attempted bullying of supporters club members was rampant on here.Loads including work related, but no lets slag the club off, embarassing.
There is a relocate option that isn’t liveWhen I got towards the end there was a button to tick to say keep these seats for now or something along them lines. I imagine there will be a relocation window coming up. That info hasn't been clear

City aren’t going to be rushing to take anyone’s season card off them when we have another 8k of seats to fill. In fact the touts that congregate at the ground were hastily moved on on Tuesday night. A decent sign of progress in my book they touts won’t be tolerated.
