Maybe people can’t afford or don’t want to pay £71 for a midweek match which is what the club charged, even for seats put up on the exchange, paying the season ticket holder half that and pocketing the difference for the ones that do sell.

But to some people the club can do no wrong.

Will the club automatically keep me on value gold and change my seat or will i be renewed for this seat and be expected to pay £830 unless i manually relocate?

If you choose existing value gold seat it gets moved to a gold season ticket.....keep as value gold and you'll be allocated a different seat next season. Tell them you don't want to keep that seat at Gold price but want a new value gold with them allocating a new seat .

It’s like talking to a brick wall this.

- that’s not what I said.
- people have lives. Games get moved to mad times at the last minute by the league / club with no consideration for the fans whatsoever.
- it’s not about “not bothering”. If someone can’t make it to X number of games they should be fine to give / sell their ticket to a fellow blue and not have to explain themselves to some jumped up prick at the club why they didn’t “personally attend”.

Honestly are you that blind, deluded and dense?

Same usual moment of uncertainty. Ignore renewal instructions and choose Buy New from SEASON TICKETS drop-down at top of screen and you'll get the usual randomly allocated seat. £330 again. Bargain.

I listed my seat for the Villa game. It didn't sell.

Probably because it was nearly twice the price I paid for it.

Empty seats for Tuesday night were 100% the fault of the club.

Same here. I couldn't attend the Villa game so put it on the exchange and it didn't sell. MCFC being greedy bastards nearly doubled the price.

Thanks fella, i have just purchased new value gold and thats gone through ok. Still giving option to renew the previous one in East Level 3, but guessing when time comes, this value gold will just cancel it out?

They'd have to put it at the same price as the other match day tickets. Obviously the regular pricing for that game was miles out though.

I'd ring the club just to be certain? I'm sure I cancelled my renewal and bought new when I had value gold. Can't remember it was a few years ago now. I'm on Gold now as pensioner rates.
 
Rather than waiting on the phone for 5 hours, is it possible to change from a one off payment to an interest free monthly payment in the renew season ticket options? I'm not seeing that option when I go through to make a payment. Thanks.
 
They could do with giving more details about the 3 people you are permitted to transfer to that are unpaid members. Are these names provided up front or as and when required? Really has got all messy and convoluted.

Think its sorted now mate. Had a look again and current season ticket no longer showing up as available to renew. Cheers for the help.

I did it all online last year mate, but haven't been on the pages this year yet.

If you want to stay where you are it will auto keep you there at full price. You beed to ho and manually put in fir a value gold
