Pep seems to be picking very cautious teams at present not very attack minded at all but it's working. I want our swagger back but we might have to wait until next season for that

Totally agree with the icing on the cake...he is also the best 1 v 1 finisher i think in prem. But as a team we score the same about of goals ..all. chipping in.. as we do woth big Erl....we score the same wothout erl and look a better team!

We look more solid but I don’t think that’s just down to him being out. Foden beaing dropped has helped, playing the old guard has helped as they are experienced and KDB has helped in individual games like Palace.

We are getting results now but we are a long way from being anywhere near where we were. Palace,Everton, Villa and today they all had good chances that Pep will not be happy with. We must cut out these stupid mistakes like the one Gvardial did today.

We looked utterly toothless against Real, Liverpool and Scum when he didn't play.
Our recent better form has been due in large part due to a settled back line and O'Reilly's introduction IMO, I reckon Haaland would make us look more potent.

Not sure..need to check the stats..to me our best football was with a very mobile augero..silva threading little through balls for overlapping runner..cut backs to a willing competent half dozen goal scorers ..just the fluid interchange and slide rule passes and cit backs from tge by line..harder to fall foul of VAR but thats just me..

I'd give forum's a miss mate (see this one for shit), I was around Wembley for about 90 minutes afterwards, went to get food, I heard one or two complaining, but the vast majority were great, and magnanimous in defeat. I think most accepted the better team won, yes we had a bit of fortune, but so did they (what penalty ?).

There was none of the grief with this lot as we had with the villa cunts.

Games are won and lost in CM..if you have gundo and or KDB were done in all honesty.. kdb is sadly fked..takes him an age to set up a pass.. modern football ..at top level..that kills us.. now come on blues sell out on days of goin g on please!

Nah, our troubles this season have more reasons. Rodri itself cant be overstated. Constant injuries, Stones, Akanji, Ake, Bobb. Walker out. Grealish and KDB minor injuries but every month or two to make a joke out of gaining any rhytm. KDB is a bit less regular with passes and magic moves, but he got better physically. Its still a place for him to say his nice goodbies last few games.

Most important we got better at the end of the season. With Haaland, Bobb, Akanji, even Rodri soon back + good/very good form of some new players (Omar, Nico, actually you could there O'Reilly as he has exceeded expectations so much), we could really win FA CUP, Clubs World Cup and finish 3rd in the PL.
