I've seen it mate, those dogs are about 50kg each

Dogs are strong don't get me wrong, but don't think the answer is to muzzle all dogs

Life would be much easier if all dog owners were sensible, but that clearly isn't the case

Ignoring the fact they're a banned breed and dangerous etc for a second here, Why would a 20 year old women ever have a dog that powerful? there's no chance they could ever have control over it so why would you want a dog you can't control?

It obviously intensifies it dramatically when it's a dangerous dog but even if it wasn't and say it was a big massive dopey horse like Labrador or something, if they cannot control it, what are you doing? It's going to drag you putting you, the dog and others in potential harm when out and even in the house it is probably going to play up knowing it can't be controlled.

Hopefully she suffers the full extent of the law for her irresponsible actions.
