Nothing matters as usual at this stage of the season except the result. After a shaky start we sorted it out and got that result. As usual any Wolves chances were the result of our mistakes. Job done, pressure on our contenders.
Think she’s just had a little bin dipperIs Kelly on the Ozempic? She seems to have gone from mumsey fat body hidden in a poncho lady frock to looking lean and glossy in no time
Give this "form team" stuff a rest. They've beaten six bottom half teams included the three relegated teams. To put this performance in to context, we were up against the in form side in the league who were trying to equal their longest winning run set back in the 1940s.
We managed to silence one of the best centre forwards in the league and win it, despite what I think were a few very questionable non-calls from the referee and VAR, especially toward the end.
I am just happy with the three points and (hopefully) no injuries after the Wolves players realised they could leave a boot in with practical impunity.
Well situated to finish comfortably top five now and look to equal Liverpool’s trophy haul this season.
Up the blues!
4/5points does it imo, with Southampton to comeTextbook end of season ‘get the job done’ city steam train.
Happy days.
We need to win every remaining game and I think we will do just that.
To be fair he predicted a 1-1. He wasn’t far off wolves had enough chances
Some how we dug that out. I was surprised Pep took so long to make the subs as we looked very tired.
A few flashes from Doku. In tbe 2nd half he became isolated. Great constant support in the 2nd half
Gvardiol I think is a cut above some of the other I reference, definitely. That said, he can be so inconsistent, even in just one 90mins.Bernado was much better, but I thought Gundogan missed a few passes that he would usually do in his sleep.
You might be a bit harsh on Gvardiol - he has been very good of late and matured a lot this season I think.
I would rather say Doku isolated himself, which was quite predicted. He only got 15 min of best-before date. Some how we dug that out. I was surprised Pep took so long to make the subs as we looked very tired.

That is usually how “form” works.Give this "form team" stuff a rest. They've beaten six bottom half teams included the three relegated teams.
I'm not convinced by Marmoush yet but to be fair to him he's never had a settled position yet, Pep sticks him everywhere. Next season we'll get a far better idea of his abilitiesSpot on. Grealish should have been on for Marmoush who continues to infuriate by losing the ball and saying shots. His last one was criminal when he had Kev in space who would probably have scored. He needs to.learn it's a team game.
