I think he has been great mate too. I just think looking forward to next season will he get the minutes that his £300k a week justifies if we get our targets in.

I think Bernardo could be another "business" decision like Kev was and Jack will be.

I think the club want these £300k+ players out the club if they are not regulars.

Romano called everything in the Jan window. Way too much smoke on this one now.
 
I’m a big Gibbs white fan. Watched him as a kid in the u17 World Cup win and thought he was more talented than the likes of sancho, Hudson odoi and Gallagher. He also seemed to have more aggression and desire about him.

I think the best teams need players like him, reminds me a bit of Liverpool signing Macalister (though I know he was a bargain).
Willing to put the graft in but also is capable of brilliance.

Think the only thing is the fee, id pay £65mill for him. Anything over and it piles the pressure on him massively.

Not a chance Forest let him go for £65m.
 
Didn’t Nabeel from City Report say this was basically done. I’m guessing all the ground work is done wages, contract where he’s living etc and it’s just a fee with forest left.

Playing devil's advocate a little, I'm hopeful the club's criteria on potential targets is better than "are they better than Sancho/Odoi/Gallagher".

But otherwise, I agree. He's not a big name and world class player to set the pulses racing during a transfer window. But at the right price, could be a very good asset for our midfield options. I wonder if there's a deal to be done with any players that could go the other way?

To clarify I just meant at the time of the u17 World Cup, sancho, Hudson and Gallagher were all considered to be the future of English football. (Foden was far and away the best player in the squad so can’t compare to him)
I watched the tournament and came away most impressed by Gibbs white.

Everything screams Forrest being an absolute pain in the back side and screwing us for everything but if city are this far down the road surely they have some indication that forest will sell?
Maybe it’s a PSR thing?
