The EC dismissed the plea from Tebas because the legislation only applies to state-owned businesses and City are not state owned. We have never been state-owned. The latest PL accusations rely on proving that Sheikh Mansour has pumped his own money in. The Tebas EC story is just a PR stunt and part of an ongoing smear campaign against City. The BBC choose to wilfully ignore this aspect,
