I’m going to say this in a measured fashion. It’s time for a change.
I love Pep and will be forever grateful for what he’s done for this club, but I don’t see growth or change happening to a squad crying out for growth and change. How are we going to possibly spunk 400 mil in the summer and play like this next season?

The line-ups have been shit. The tactics shit. The January transfers a fucking waste of money. The rolling spitballs on his tongue does my fucking head in to. Haaland straight back to auto starter as soon as he can break into a jog. De Bruyne not wanted or needed but playing every minute.
Worst of all is it all culminates in the most boring football I've ever seen. Ruben Dias crossing, fuck off.

Got everything wrong this season after Rodri's injury. We've never had an identity after that.
Keep playing players past their best doesn't work either
Edit: his reaction to Henderson at the end was petty too - not the keepers fault the officials fucked up.

Should have taken a sabbatical 6 months ago when his private life started interfering with on field performances. He's done here regardless of what happens in these last 2 games. Allowing Dias and Akanji to be constantly in possesion in the attacking 3rd is diabolically bad management.

Didn’t change his style ,didn't try to reinvent ,didn’t innovate ,stuck to his failed stuff all season, became too loyal to his oldies ,refused to integrate youth ,refused to integrate new Jan signings
Never seen manager being so so much rigid to a point of total sabotage , he has too much power and no one can say anything to him and that can work in wrong way
If this continues next season could be worse

I've a feeling he knew it was time about a year ago, and the contract was window dressing. If he can't bring the magic anymore we should let him choose the move out, and look to rebuild.

I think after such a long lay off it's a massive gamble to think his return will have an immediate impact
