Not saying your wrong but your issues seem to be with him at RB yet your saying he won’t make it in midfield

Also nothing wrong with a player think there position is somewhere they all have preferred positions some don’t match there actual position of the position a specific coach has in mind some do

I’ve watched Wirtz in the flesh, he would have flourished in the space our team creates.

At Liverpool Salah tends to hold the ball, meaning defenders can get Wirtz quicker. It’s gonna be really interesting to see how he gels there.

Kovacic is having surgery and out for 2/3 months. He is not leaving. Who will sign a player who can not pass the medicals?
Gundo has said nobody has said him to go or anything. That means he is staying.
Bernardo is peps fav. He is not leaving. Foden and O reiley we are not selling.
With addition of Nico, Reijnders, Cherki there are simply too many midfielders to accomodate.

Cherki is with France until Sunday night and ait Nouri and Reijnders are away with their national sides until next Tuesday 10th.

Both cherki and ait Nouri where asked about the interest in city today and both have the same response. “We will see after the international games”.

So don’t expect any medical etc until next week at the earliest. Although we want them for cwc we can still register them after the group stage if they don’t sign by the 10th.

I never indicated Kova was leaving anywhere, why have you reiterates twice as if I did?

I am assuming Gundogan and Bernie will leave, if not, your right, too many.

But with Kova likely being sidelined for a bit, and both Gundogan and Bernie leave, Wharton is the guy we get now, or atleast in a year.

Hope I am wrong, obviously, but I thought at the time it wasn't very wise of Khaldoon to say we would have a new squad in place for the CWC. It always takes longer than expected ....

If we don't he won't be too pleased with the person who sold him that porky.
