Your Favourite Edin Dzeko moment?

Special mention for his second goal away at WBA. Shirt off right in front of our away fans absolutely doing their nut. October 2012. Came on as sub and simply blew them away with two goals. At that point, and given the quality of the performance (we were down to ten, too) I was convinced that we were going to retain our title.

Right lets get this straight. Unless your answer is 'When he faked an injury for 5 mins away at Everton in 2014 to ensure we won the game' you're wrong.

Supreme shithousery moment, no doubt about it.

It's nice that this thread's been bumped after so many years. Make no mistake, I've seen interviews with Edin since then, and City has a very special place in his heart.
Not all players establish that relationship with the club. They come, they do a job, they go. And fair enough, in fact. It goes beyond that with him. And by the way, a far better footballer than he was given credit for by many on here.

There’s a video of him a couple of years ago on random a night out singing City chants after what looks like a pint or two haha

Love the guy.

He has always over the years had positive things to say. And popped up on social media with support banter for our key games, slagged our rivals through a blue prism when he played against them, etc.

That backwards header away at Spurs in the 5-1. How the fuck he managed that, I still have no idea.
Even better that the week leading into that, one of the Spurs defenders (I forget which one they're all cunts) called him a donkey

My mate was in his restaurant in Dubrovnik just over a week ago. Said it was superb but pricey, Tomahawk Steak €189 which he didn’t have and a bottle of red €75 which he shared with his Mrs, total bill €290.

Apparently if anyone is around there in the summer Edin’s in there quite a lot.
