It’s his last goal in the 5-1 demolition of spurs, what a fucking strike that one was
The equaliser against QPR 93.20 game
Mine tooThe heaviest of heavy goals.
One of my favourite ever city plays is our Edin.
Right lets get this straight. Unless your answer is 'When he faked an injury for 5 mins away at Everton in 2014 to ensure we won the game' you're wrong.
Supreme shithousery moment, no doubt about it.
It's nice that this thread's been bumped after so many years. Make no mistake, I've seen interviews with Edin since then, and City has a very special place in his heart.
Not all players establish that relationship with the club. They come, they do a job, they go. And fair enough, in fact. It goes beyond that with him. And by the way, a far better footballer than he was given credit for by many on here.
He has always over the years had positive things to say. And popped up on social media with support banter for our key games, slagged our rivals through a blue prism when he played against them, etc. There’s a video of him a couple of years ago on random a night out singing City chants after what looks like a pint or two haha
Love the guy.
Has to be that. Especially when he takes a second to remember just how many we've scored before putting the fingers (and a thumb) up!Number 6 at the theatre of screams
Even better that the week leading into that, one of the Spurs defenders (I forget which one they're all cunts) called him a donkeyThat backwards header away at Spurs in the 5-1. How the fuck he managed that, I still have no idea.
