The irony in it all is lost, I wish there was somebody, high up in the media who collates all the information and presents it to them further down the line. They often have a pop at our signings, them not being good enough etc and then when we win things it's unfair and Pep just has the best players. Which is it

They come across as total morons who have no idea of what they are talking about. They can’t see what Pep is doing. They underestimated him when he came and are still making the same mistakes. We have bought the best young players in Europe in the last two windows.

The former when we buy them, the latter when we win trophies with them.
 
Well just watched that ESPN crap. It’s still dippers are really buying the right player at a usual price for quality ( have they actually signed him yet?). And city are using a scattergun approach with no meaningful improvement on the legend’s lost with inferior players. Fuck me players we bought in the past weren’t household names but pep turned them into brilliant players who won the fucking lot. So fuck em.

We should have signed a forward who has history as a trouble maker in this window and a no mark wing back from the Danish league that nobody has heard of in the previous window then perhaps this Rag no mark would tell everyone what a great couple of windows we've had.

That's what always confuses me about about the big bad, cheat mode, financial doping, buying it all narrative - aside from Robinho initially and Haaland and Jack more recently, who have we bought that was a superstar and we have blown everyone out of the water to buy?

They don't know where to start because MCFC is the biggest paradoxically puzzle they've ever had to solve.
