You mentioned Haaland.Different players. Different positions. That's like comparing David Silva to Sergio Aguero or Luka Modric to Karim Benzema.

TAANeither can Frimpong.
Trent is much easier than typing out his full name lol.
I wasn’t serious. Maybe I should’ve made it more obvious. Wirtz is the biggest thing at his position. The words here were different when he was „ about to sign „ for us now he isn’t anything special. I guess all the scouts and teams are wrong but some random bluemoon forum members are telling the truth. If we'd have paid 100 million for him the narrative from some of the fans on the forum would be very different. He's gone for alot of money, but it doesn't take away the fact he's a top class player - like Haaland was when we signed him.
You look at some of the players who've gone for big money, Enzo Fernandez, Jack Grealish, Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba, Felipe Caicedo, Antony. I could be wrong but I don't see Florian Wirtz flopping like those in that list. He's going to be the one of the league's best players like Haaland is.
You should get a job with Sky. Maybe put taa?Neither can Frimpong.

The season Walker played 27 league games and 39 games in total. I wouldn't say that was 'wasn't even playing' mate
He is the nearest thing at the moment to what Kev was back then. Players of the past don’t play against players of the day, it’s all relative and him going to our rivals rather than us is a disaster. Now, maybe the brilliance of our recruitment team and Pep’s tactical mastery will mitigate for that, but city fans dissing Wirtz reminds me of scousers saying Nunez is better than Haaland. He is nowhere near Haaland. Let's be honest, Haaland was tearing it up domestically and in Europe. Wirtz did fuck all on the biggest stage, got shown up by an Everton reject ffs.
Hes got decent numbers at Bayer, sure. Hes nowhere near the quality and achievements that Kev had at Wolfsburg.
I like Wirtz and think Dippers have a class playerHe is the nearest thing at the moment to what Kev was back then. When we got into the last third of that season Stones started stepping into midfield from centre back rather than right back I seem to remember. Akanji played RB when walker didn’t.Stones being a 'right back' but essentially another midfielder is what changed our form that season. That, and Cancelo fucking off.
Walker played here and there but was nowhere near vital to the treble winning side. IMO anyway. Aside from Madrid away from memory.
May have seemed like it in moments but big Phil was a £5m player not £100mFelipe Caicedo,

Whenever we are linked with players from other clubs, and I happen to have friends that support those clubs, I damn well discuss those players with my friends.Yeah, but apparently "many" of them said that livramento is a peps fullback. Why, why would anyone say that. Would you say rodri is a klopps defensive midfielder? Kdb is such a fergusons midfielder? It's just so pretentious. Put out your point, thats fair, no need to bring in imaginary friends into it.
Currently we can't either.Yeah, he's not worth that sort of money to anyone but us. There's also the possibility that Newcastle would sell if they still have plenty of overseas slots available in their squad. We need Livramento because he's homegrown. But if they can get 80 million for him and spend 50 million on an overseas fullback that's actually better (which we can't do), then they might go for that. And upgrade and 30 million in the bank is not to be sniffed at.
I thought you were happy with Nunes. I will never take you seriously ever again if you think Nunes will be our right back :)55 million, and I'm in.
