Agree with all of this aside from your last line. Johnson’s the bigger **** for me as he knew exactly what he was doing. Truss was and is just stupid.

A stupid **** at least has the excuse of being stupid.

If true then it’s very good news, little fatalities and wiping out a sizeable amount of Iranian nuclear capabilities- I will not jump the gun for sure but if it’s the case then I will give a small amount of credit to Trump on this. We shall see.
 
Not sure Trump putting out his own fires is actually commendable but I'm sure he'll be playing this off as a massive win

Still, glad things are calming down

It looks like a measured retaliatory response at the American base there and I’m glad I don’t live there any longer. The videos my mates have sent me are mental.

Reading further in this thread I appear to have grossly understated the levels of hatred borne by some on here.

It is clearly not restricted to the UK, but for some Europe and the Christian west as well.

My apologies to any posters that felt I had understated their breadth of feelings

Got a funny story about that. On our kid's stag do in Amsterdam in 1991 a couple of us got talking to a girl from Israel. She told us she was from Tel Aviv so one of the lads said "Scud City". She said "Yes, it's a good city".......to which he responded "Nooooo, I said SCUD city!"
She got it in the end and kind of saw the funny side of it!
