Losing weight is 90% diet and getting in to a calorie deficit. Exercise helps a lot.
I'm no spring chicken anymore and it took me 8 weeks to lose 10 lb (used to take about 5 weeks) over the last two months after completing rehab as a result of a car accident. And I'm far more optimistic about keeping that weight off as I've lost it gradually and made the right changes to diet and lifestyle. Whereas I think that if you're relying on injections to lose weight simply because its easy, then you're a lazy **** physically and mentally and it'll never work out in the long run.
