Jesus. Don't even bother posting headlines only, because everything is just clickbait. It's hardly any kind of news to suggest the club will have concerns, and it really isn't an 'update' in any sense of the word.

its ridiculous we are facing charges on some topics that add up to pennies compared to these women team sales values we see.

its like you are charged with stealing a pack of chicken breast from Sainsburys but if you steal the whole chicken industry no one bats an eyelid...

and we may not even have stolen the pack of chicken as we will find out sooner or later but have been called shoplifter, robber, looter and some worse in media since years now.

our lawyers must collect all these loopholes and make it to our advantage in some way. especially if it gets to appeals on 115.

the panel I am sure took a long summer break tho, doubt they spend these days in their office writing up decisions.

I think the Panel are retired KC's so living in different parts of the UK will be having different dates for their Wakes Week holidays to Blackpool on the train.

Sure but for the PSR calculation wouldn't a hotel be classed as Capex spending therefore not actually be counted as any loss? So the building costs £0 on PSR and the sale at fair value would be £200m so the delta of that would be +£200m?
Have I misunderstood?
