PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I’m shocked ;-)

What an utter waste of everyone’s time FFP and PSR has been.

We should sell ours to ourselves when/if we need to.
Before they close the loop.

The whole sordid affair is shown to be an illegal nightmare. Clubs at the top have no right to stay in place during periods of mismanagement.

Every team has the right to compete.

Look how this is worded! I don’t see cheating or attacks like city have endured.

The system is hateful towards a few who are not the many so easily ostracised and set upon.

A small voice is no voice and easily destroyed. Thank fuck city have khaldoon.

Disgusted with the gaslighting of our great club.

Yet these clubs voted for a system that stops them and keeps the status quo.
These clubs could have stood with City Yet chose to get into bed with the red cartel regardless if the rules were legal

Makes you wonder what they were offered to close the door on any opportunity to compete on anything like an even playing field with the cartel, the occasional league cup a slightly better transfer deal for their best players odd crumb that fell from the table.

Sycophants and yank owners are only interested in greed and do not want a challenge to their income sources.

Hence City being so successful is hurting the redshirt cabal badly and the other less competitive teams just fall in line to feather their own nests and keep in with the bullies.

Typical of Yank-owned organisations.

It suits the lesser teams, just look at the players Palace have signed out of the championship for peanuts because they are guaranteed a share of Premier League TV money. It's only when they try to break the glass ceiling, that their fans realise how bent it is

The lack of forsight amongst the supporters of yank owned clubs is off-set by the income received from a corrupt PL structure and the ability to sign better quality.

Winning trophies ( Palace final win excepted ) is not a major aim.

Lesser yank-owned clubs not interested in rocking the boat.

I’ve worked with people who have dementia. It was explained to me that people who have dementia have all their memories like books on a book case and someone randomly takes those books off one at a time.
The book case analogy, another interpretation.

Imagine a book case full of books.

Older books (memories) at the bottom, newer books (memories) at the top.

The book case starts to shake, the books from the top will start to fall first and as the shake of the book case becomes stronger the books lower down start to fall until there is nothing left!

Can you imagine a situation where we are found to be guilty of these serious charges and are relegated and have titles stripped while winning the new Club world cup. It would devalue the whole competition and would cause a media shitstorm. If the hearing had gone badly I feel we would have been told to withdraw.

No, I can't

Might as well just knock the thing on the head now.

Don't blame them for doing it, Chelsea did it and all the clubs voted to leave the loophole open.

Looks to me as though clubs are finally realising why the rules were introduced.
Knock the loophole on the head, or the PSR rules? If you mean the former, shouldn’t they let every club benefit from it before closing it?

When City won all we offered them nothing.
Seems an easy choice if you want to share in whatever is on offer.
