Stefan made a great point on TS the other day. If you're on the PL panel that is voting to fix this loophole, why would you vote yes?
If Chelsea can do it then it gives you an out if you ever needed one in the future.

Go back to the way it was just about football no bloody rules regulations to consider before buying a player,although when the verdict comes through it could lead to in my opinion the scrapping of the majority of these,PSR APT and so on ..
