Sounds plausible to me.
From a totally non technical point of view I just don't believe that Khaldoun, a man who rubs shoulders with the likes of Putin and Trump is being held on the end of a piece of string by a light weight like Masters.
I just don't believe the world works like that fwiw .

I have no sources but common sense tells me 8 months after the hearing was concluded and seven months after the panel reached its verdict they are not the only ones who know the outcome. The two parties must know the ruling and have colluded to delay its publication for the losing side to put its affairs in order. That's the PL btw, if City had lost it would have celebrated by the cartel on New Years' Day.

So the two parties know, and Prestwich Blue on here, but it's not been leaked anywhere else?

Why on earth would City collude with them to delay? And while all the collusion has been ongoing, nobody involved has spilled the beans apart from seemingly to PB?

I'd have loved his information to be right but it's fanciful.

City remain a part of the PL - which will have an increased cartel majority this season. Makes sense for them to be gracious and keep them sweet by cooperating with their restructure.
