We can show them the receipts from the panel members, so a dipper tells me.But if we genuinely don't know the outcome then what assurances can we give them?

I would guess there are clauses in the deal alsoI don't think that City would be anything but firm in their stance that we have offered irrefutable evidence if Puma asked so I don't think we can read anything in this about the actual decision being made. It could imply that the Puma execs trusted our execs though which is a positive but meaningless thing really in respect of the 115.
Nobody in the history of jurisprudence has ever been found guilty in a civil action, so we’re okay, okay?We are not guilty
Illogical in my view,I agree with most of what you say here, but playing devil’s advocate…
City is a highly-desirable brand for a kit manufacturer to have in the portfolio. If Puma took the opposite stance and decided against renewing then someone else would step in, whether that is Adidas, Nike or whoever.
Once you’ve lost that brand, you’re not getting it back for a decade due to the contract cycle.
Puma may well have balanced losing a jewel in their crown to a rival for the next 10 years against the likelihood of City being found guilty and decided it’s a risk worth taking.
In the event City are found guilty, I have no doubt Puma have ways to mitigate the situation. Conversely, if they let City move to a rival kit manufacturer, there is no way back once the 115 verdict lands and city are cleared.
They would if we paid them under the table to do it. Which we probably did, like we do with all our business.Would a company the size and stature of Puma be signing a deal like this if they thought City were in any real jeopardy?
CapicheIs it time to go to the mattresses
Might be nothing, but senior CFG staff members being told to be in Manchester next week.
Considering the likes of Soriano are likely on holiday after the recent CWC, there were rumours at the Club today that a verdict might be with us in a matter of days.

Dear John looking for a John DeereMe neither, there was a bloke in there looking for a tractor.
This makes a lot of sense to me. Also, thumbs up to our side for negotiating such a deal.Ii I’m iiii
Illogical in my view,
Puma could have easily waited it out, the existing contract was far from finished. They had ample time to negotiate with us after the verdict, even maybe negotiating a lesser contract value if found guilty. I find it very difficult to believe that Puma don’t know precisely how the cards are stacked before signing off on the most lucrative sponsorship contract in English football history, absolute amateur hour if they have gambled on it. I just cannot fathom a company as big as Puma, with the astronomical amounts involved being so reckless.
Maybe Wolves away tickets up for grabs and it’s first come first served this season. None of this points nonsense for these guys. Failing that it could be spare tickets for a the last Oasis gig.Might be nothing, but senior CFG staff members being told to be in Manchester next week.

I thought it was in March during the international break, when some of us were getting excited about the imminent release of the tribunal findings. Those findings we are still waiting for which may or may not be imminent once moreYep, think it was that other legal case!!
