PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Ahh, twitter. I wondered what all the new pages were for.

Did the PL not change their rules mid investigation regarding requested documents, basically making it so that any club had to hand over the entire trove regardless of what they actually needed?
That was my opinion at the time and City decided, rightly, that if they wanted sensitive information for their investigation then it had to go through legal representatives so that IF something got leaked the PL had no get out, they’d be discredited. Based on …

a) prior experience of information getting leaked in similar circumstances previously

b) mistrust in the PL (as proven by their amateurish manner in releasing the charges, wrong handbooks referenced etc).

assuming that was more than a rumour, i don't think it can be used as evidence in the 115.

but if there is anything damning in them, then maybe they could be used to mitigate punishment should we be found against. doubt they'll find a message saying "get those arabs by foul means or fair" to be honest.
But they could find (based on most city fans assumption) directives from certain clubs owners/CEOs etc to manipulate rules etc, so if city believe this happened then that could be a reason not to share information hence non cooperation.
I'm Just summising and guessing to pass the time.

The CAS said in their conclusion that they understood why the club stopped providing information to UEFA, but if it had supplied the documents that were used in evidence at the CAS, UEFA probably wouldn't have banned us
When they issued us with the fine, it was really because we'd wasted the CAS' time

There’s a big assumption there that if we’d given UEFA everything we would have received a fair hearing in return. Clearly City and their lawyers thought that wasn’t the case - and hence the way we played it out.

I used to feel the same way then I read an article about that and it became clear. A lot of the scenes are shot showing Tony's view, i.e. through his eyes. A few minutes before the end, a guy gets off his stool at the counter and goes somewhere. Then Tony's looking at the door when the screen goes black and the credits roll. The clear implication is that he's been killed by the guy who gets off his stool a few minutes earlier.
SPOILER ALERT !!!!
SPOILER ALERT !!!

somebody sent me and there was that many holes in it i didnt know where to start, the largest being that ostensibly it wasnt the pl clubs that decided to charge city it was the pl so why the fuck would pl clubs make statements
The clubs ARE the Premier League so what you've said doesn't really make sense either.

Yes it does it makes perfect, the clubs are the pl yes, the pl itself is the governing body of the clubs, so unless it was a specific club that had complained about our finances why would we require apologies from the other clubs?
