PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

What are the chances of this decision being released before the new season (4 weeks?). Should there be some sort of pressure brought by the club (and other clubs) along the lines of "put up or shut up"?

Fuck 'em up and say, we won't be taking part in any games until you sort your fucking mess out.

I reckon Last Christmas will be in the charts again before we hear anything.

Think there needs to be clarification on the possibility of an appeal. Tribunals can't reconsider their decision just because you think it's wrong. They’re more likely to reconsider it if there’s an obvious mistake or something wrong with the procedure at the hearing, such as whether to allow or disallow certain evidence to be put before the court, whether or not to require disclosure of certain evidence.

So the grounds to appeal are small

There’s a big assumption there that if we’d given UEFA everything we would have received a fair hearing in return. Clearly City and their lawyers thought that wasn’t the case - and hence the way we played it out.
There is a "probably" in there, but I'm as certain as can be that no matter what City could have provided to UEFA, their fishing expedition would have carried on and on and on

my uneducated view... zero. certainly not before the page count here gets back up to 115000 after the page/split change on the forum a few weeks ago

It’s desperate, desperate stuff that the PL are trying to hang sanctions on Mancini getting a wage from a sports club in the UAE for consultation work that was over 16 years ago in 2025. In what other industry does this happen?

Shows on the main charges they have nothing and are going for a desperate hit and hope to make sure something sticks.
All designed to tarnish our achievements regardless of the outcome , jealousy is such an ugly trait

It's not in any way possible to "put pressure" on an independent panel in the judicial process imo.

The PL have presented their case, as have we ours. Thats where both parties involvement ends so I don't see how or even what benefit there would be to antagonise the decision markers of the panel
