I like Jack too, but he hasn't been his best for some time now and if I recall correctly he trained like a trojan last summer, after being left out of the national squad. I think peak Grealish makes us a better team, but I'm struggling to see how he gets back to that level.I like Jack and hope he stays. Clearly, he needs to come back to train before the others, and as a professional, I'd expect him to train like a trojan, so as to be fit and raring to go either for City or for any new club he goes to. That's what any right minded professional would do. He's got a good 5 years ahead of him - with or without us.

Surprisingly he also rubbished the numerous comments made by other commentators that Pep had ruined Grealish. He firmly blamed Grealish for his drop off in form and also commented that he thought Grealish was overweight.

We’d happily accept £30/40mil for him, even if we had to give half to him to supplement wages.

If united can get a decent deal for Rashford and Chelsea can get 40 million for Veiga who hasn't played for them, I believe we can get a half decent deal for Jack.
