OK, he became a City fan. :-)Swales wasn't a City fan.
Like many City fans, I always assumed he was a City fan.
Which team did he support, if any, just out of interest?
We best get back to topic.

He liked what being Chairman of Manchester City brought him. Which was a seat at the FA'S top table. Without City he was a TV salesman.OK, he became a City fan. :-)

I agree because apparently, it has a hazelnut in every bite. Can we get back on topic, it does my fuckin head in when this happens, especially the fuckin pun ones.
Not that anyone knows about.Have there been any discussions about what the North stand will be called when it is finished?
Personally I think that is a bad idea. The reason being is I think every manager at the swamp looks up at the GPC stand and is intimidated by their most successful managers name right in front of them when they are in the dugout. They know they will not be there that long, they know they will never be as sucessful, they know it reminds the fans of their glory days and intimidates them into being nervous wrecks. Give Pep a statue by all means, leave his name in lights outside the ground, but don't name a stand after our most successful manager, to act as a reminder to future managers who and what they are following. Not that anyone knows about.
I think the general consensus, but not every City, would be to name the new home end after Pep before he leaves or before his last home game at the Etihad, as a fitting tribute to his successful managerial legacy as City manager.
Yeah maybe just as well Colin already has the west stand named after himNot that anyone knows about.

From the SS Skies video.
Don’t think the screens (old vs new) are too dissimilar in size.
I know there was a poster here a couple of weeks ago who was really angry the screens might not be the same size.

Did a rough estimate based on the north stand screen being roughly half way across each seating block below with the exit being in the middle.
