Pep watches them everyday in training you don’t
Good job he could see everyday, how well some of his favourites were doing last season then eh!

He’s got the backflip and the mullet, he just needs to show it on the pitchFunnily enough I think playing for his boyhood club is actually holding him back a bit. Reckon he needs to care a bit less and be a bit more arrogant
40 mil. With a 60 million buy back option£25m is a good offer, can't be too far away from what we value him.
We obviously dont want to get burnt if he has a good season in the next 2 years and becomes a £60m+ player.
I think its unlikely he does a Palmer but his performances at the Euro U21's were promising enough for a club to pay £30m+.
They were subject to a NDA apparentlyI’d reject every bid they put in after pretending MGW didn’t have a release clause
Sure, but £35m is a good middle ground and feasible for both.
We're also making them. This one for instanceAnd that's exactly what we are doing now, buying loads and loads of young players but this time for profit.

We're really not.And that's exactly what we are doing now, buying loads and loads of young players but this time for profit.
We're not going to get close to that. Be realistic.
Are you his mummy by any chance because that's some bollocks you've written there.Still unsure as to why we asked the lad to re-sign to then bench him until we literally had nobody to play. Just let the lad go and play football ffs, one of the most frustrating things Pep and City have done over the last 10 Years for me is their treatment of J.M. no need for it and it looks like shit to anyone outside of the club tbh.
Palmer left for entirely different (non-football) reasons.Nobody can "kick on" when they are given the scraps that He has imo. It's been a continuation of the absolute shit show of playing certain players, whether they have been in form or not for the last couple of seasons, Pep has to be braver going forwards. I said the exact same with Palmer the season before we did the same to Him.

'massive'..With 1 year left (and our massive squad) every club would know this lad is available. It hardly a negotiation and more of an auction. We will get what we get. If he stays with us he will be lucky to get a handful of cup games.
PS. The HG rule is fine in my view. It helps the better organised clubs I.e. us. This is the first time in years we have had to make tough decisions as a result of squad limits.

Tbh, Palmer didn't exactly illuminate the pitch the season he was given a first team break. To then allegedly want assurances of first team football or to be loaned out, was only gonna end one way.Pep watched Palmer every day in training..

Palmer was too far down the pecking order to be making such requests on Pep. You win some, you lose some.
