Alexander Isak | Cried his way to a £130m move

They have clearly made an illegal approach to him and unsettled him, the cheating cunts. Nothing will be done about it though
Well they hacked our scouting system and the PL basically told us to fuck off.
They were publicly accused (caught out) diagnosing all there players pretty much with having asthma so they could give them inhalers… and nothing was done.

The scousers get away with everything.

Is it just me who thinks he is a just a good player.
I certainly don’t see him as a £100m plus player.
I know now there’s a lack of decent centre forwards but if Newcastle get £130m just take it
He’s a brilliant striker who’s proved he can do it consistently in the league. Got to be worth over £100m especially with as you say the lack of top strikers about these days. Huge signing for those twats if they manage it

...
We didn't complain to the PL so they couldn't have told us to do anything, we agreed a £1million settlement with them between ourselves and moved on.

The best thing about that is it’s not even true.

They’re relying on a Burnley source (probably the tea lady) who have said it was £30m the official line is it was £27m.
Lying cunts.
We had to price match the NUFC offer of circa £31million but had a sell-on clause allowing us to write off £4million of it so we only paid £27million. Whether that should be considered a £31m or a £27m sale though depends on your outlook. We'll have to wait and see how it appears in the books in a year or two.

losing Diaz is a big loss, no other natural left winger, him and robertson have been a massive threat do their balance might not be quite the same.Means Wirtz either drops back or plays out left, if he plays as a 10 then their midfield that played so well is not as defensive. Trent a big miss. I think they will be a lot more open at the back this season

Diaz was the worlds best and Nunez was an up-and-coming genius until they left a few weeks ago.

But what about his dodgy groin.
He'd be the dippers very own Johnny Stones, glass like

did Bayern really hand over 65m fee for Luiz Diaz to dippers?:(

makes the fee we got for Alvarez quite low. much younger, much higher ceiling, WC winner big resale value and only was like 12/13m more?

some serious income for dippers on sales this window.

Agreed but Liverpool did pay 49 mil euros for him Vs the 15 mil we paid for Alvarez, we got a lot more profit than they did

Though my thoughts are swathed in sky-blue, a better front-line of Haaland, Foden, Cherki, Savinho, Doku and Bobb will be very hard to find.
That combination is filled with goals and creativity.
The trio behind them is where the balance needs to be found, and Rodri's return is pivotal. I hope that Reijnders and Gonzalez can strike the balance with him in understanding when to sit, and when to go.

Hey! Don’t let facts get in the way of my rant :P
The first one I read that somewhere but can’t actually find facts anywhere so I think it might (probably am) be wrong.

Second one.
I get what you’re saying. So like us they don’t know.
That’s why they’re quoting the record transfer fee part in their headline.
From my view they’re just trying to frame us as big spending Man City.

yeah but also dont see how Isak is 140m and Alvarez is 80m either. I dont think Isak is any better. bit different profiles, but can easily see if Alvarez is making a move from Atletico it will be for over 100m pounds.
fucking Solanke was 60m, Darwin Nunez 60+20m.

Sesko has elite potential. Averaging over 10 goals a season at 22 years of age 13 goals last season , 14 in his debut season. Newcastle won’t miss Isak. His leap is unlike any striker right now he’s like a basketball player.

For the price you can get him it’s a bargain.

Can't believe the money they're getting for Nunez, an absolute dog shit player.
The transfer window has some strange dealings going on, United and Liverpool getting bailed out of their awful signings

Alvarez was easily worth 100mil+

I mentioned this in the MGW thread but everyone is at it aren't they. You don't hear anybody complain about illegal approaches anymore because it is just the norm. You see so many times how a player has an agreement with a club before a fee has even been agreed.

All Newcastle needs to do is sell Livramento to us and tell Isak he's going nowhere.

A strong statement from Newcastle and the player has a three year contract.

If he doesn't want to perform, they can wait it out another two years.
It is a lot of money to wait out though isn't it. That scenario is great because City get their man but if Tino isn't kicking up the same stink to leave then it makes sense to sell the higher value asset, that will return the most if they are point blank refusing to play.

Something has to give though with this type of player power, you can't be able to just say no I wont do my job now because I want a move. I can only presume the Liverpool fans aren't happy with Isak though as this isn't the way you should leave a club..........
