PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

They cant use that money to buy players tho?

They needed Radcliffe’s money as they had burnt through their operating cash and money in the bank. That money coming in helped them on that and allowed them to use money elsewhere to keep their recruitment going. To the Glazers Radcliffe has been a very useful idiot rather than selling to the fake shiekh.

Well they did interview him for the job & is probably on their payroll,
Waffles about the wonderful academy system, yet the club with the best one he's tryna eliminate.
What an absolute hypocrite, presume he would have to have made an appearance in the 115 case, can't imagine he would come across confident against a slick barrister!

Out there supporting dippers but 1.35 why did he not say, we are still awaiting the decision.
He knows the result, confidential my arse.

It’s becoming more and more obvious that Masters is laying the ground for his new career in the media. When the verdict comes out he is losing his current career.

I didn't think that was allowed. Proping up the club with cash injections in one place to allow you buy players in another area is surely just the same as the owner buying players?

It’s an easy mistake to make, but you’re thinking all the rules apply to all the teams…

Would it be classed as personal data tho?

If the date in anyway relates to an individual like Mancini or Yaya etc. then absolutely yes. The PL are effectively putting their own demands ahead of individual rights secured under statute that must take precedent. We have rights bestowed under GDPR legislation that the PL cannot undermine. Who do they think they are?

What a fucking Circus, what on earth has put case got to do with anyone at that game, did the person asking the question expect him to say weve been relegated and then the crowd erupts as the fireworks go off?

True, but nine clubs lol. Its three at a push, but in reality I think it will be between us and Liverpool again.
The same Top 4 will compete, but the transfer window will determine if Villa & Newcastle have a chance. Hard to see beyond those 6 though, unless Frank does some very good business at Spurs.

Even then, it feels like it’s Liverpool’s to lose. They are peaking, and making high quality additions in an attempt to hold that peak, like City did for 4 seasons.

You mean they acted in bad faith!!

Nunes when he realises we aren’t getting a proper RB in.
