I was just getting the buzz for the start of the season but City (as like last season) have messed up royally on how they are treating loyal supporters, and now they have now left a huge sour taste against normal fans once again. On the rare occasion I don't go I also transfer my ticket to my mate who's a seasoncard holder and he gets a mate from work to go with him. Stinks to high heaven you can't do that anymore unless you know who would be going but it could be anyone of his workmates.
Out of all the amazing things the club have brought us, how can you get it so wrong regarding the Ticketing policy FFS. Then we will obviously get annoying digs from the manager and players regarding atmosphere..

100% correct really pissing off the fan base is a sure record for success - NOT.

I buggered around with the bloody thing this morning for a couple of hours trying to add my wife as a non-member on my account. Gave it up as a bad job.

Not that I like that idea. But it would be easier if City just said everyone who attends a match must pay £25 and be a member. Because that’s what they want.

Let's hope you're right. But to go to all this trouble and leave such a simple and obvious workaround open, seems unlikely to me. We'll find out in a few days when Newcastle transfer opens I guess.
 
So if I have my mate who is a season ticket holder and sits next to me and on my F&F list can I still transfer my ticket to him to use if I can’t attend? I’m confused.
 
I gave it up yesterday!
I will just download my ticket onto a second phone (burner) and whoever wants it can take the phone if I am unable to attend.

Why oh why do the club make things so difficult for fans
 
Can anyone give me a quick bit of advice please?
How do you download your cityzens membership pass. My foster son purchased his annual membership yesterday but cant see where to download it into his wallet

Its not clear whether the new ‘rules’ apply to cup games or not. The situations are different. If someone is transferring from a season card holder to a season card holder for a league game, it’s obvious they’re going pass that ticket on. Buts that’s not the case for a cup game. My son’s in the cup scheme but I’m not.

Tickets can only be transferred to Cityzens Official Members or to one of your non-Member Transfer group.


You are not able to transfer your ticket to another Season Ticket Member.
