Confused. Are you saying the PL couldn't prove disguised owner investment and so as a result PSR is at an end? I guess UEFA must be about to the same with FFP?

Good point. Didn't Newcastle and Villa vote for some of the rules that ended up emasculating their future spending? Turkeys don't tend to vote for Xmas, but Newcastle and Villa perhaps could have voted differently in the past. I may be wrong however.

PL PSR, as it is, is dead. It didn't do what it was set out to do, it's costing too much money and there are so many loopholes that haven't been closed that it is pointless. And nobody worries about UEFA PSR, the punishments are hardly a deterrent.
