The whole legal process would not be necessary if the PL had behaved fairly.
Unfairness happened when a biased panel simply ignored UK law and rubber stamped biased PL decisions.

But they had a choice not to charge United and other clubs who have failed UEFA PSR (despite it being a rule that they need to open an investigation), they had a choice not to charge Liverpool for hacking our computer systems, they had a choice not to throw the book at Chelsea for illegal payments and they seem to have made a choice to ignore their own legal advice in respect of the APT rules. The PL and the BBC are full of shit.

Pretty convinced that any same person would realise that charging us won't affect them joining a superleague if thats their intention. The question there is, is that their intention anyway?

If they plan on joining a superleague they will do it.
