Just noticed the non-uniformity of seat spaces in the South Stand L3. Go to 6:19 onwards and you’ll see what I mean. What’s that about? Some seats are more spaced out than others.

Oh yes, they're called Rooney and Shaw seats.

The TV pundits studio was where the new screen has been put in the South/East corner. Wonder if the new location will be in the North/West corner where the club have their studio? Or are they planning a new studio in the South/West corner where there is no screen and the floor area has been added to over the summer?

Not this season it won't, this is presuming the OP was referring to the coming season.

That said, the graphic above says "We have located a second TV studio..."

Does that mean that they're retaining the existing one? Perhaps for City+ purposes?

I thought the club had already intimated there were no plans for a fourth screen ??and whatever happens above “ managers corner” will make it impossible. I think it more likely the north east one will go and the other corner will be upgraded , but only time will tell

On a serious note, I am surprised that they haven't made more use of the close season and gone all out (e.g. 12-16 hours days) to progress the roof, side panels, etc whilst we've not been milling around the site every other week. Having said that, I think Sisk probably know what they are doing.

This would add additional costs Sisk and their supply chain aren't going to recover.

On a serious note, I am surprised that they haven't made more use of the close season and gone all out (e.g. 12-16 hours days) to progress the roof, side panels, etc whilst we've not been milling around the site every other week. Having said that, I think Sisk probably know what they are doing.

There isn't enough construction workers to do that

If required, no one is putting that level of overtime on unless they are behind schedule and at risk of LADs

Probably weren't expecting the summer we've had, after last summers non stop rain.

The fact that they are not working 24/7 suggests they are confident they will meet deadlines. The roof looks bad but there is only one home game before late September, and in any case I bet they get the parts over the first two tiers watertight before the Spurs game.

The roof looks bad but there is only one home game before late September, and in any case I bet they get the parts over the first two tiers watertight before the Spurs game.

Weather’s looking decent for next week upto and beyond Saturday anyway, it probably won’t change much between now and then.
