I know its a maximum download of 2 times per ticket so I have 2 on my phone as does my son.

Make sure you download where you want it to be as once you do 2 downloads it locks.

Amongst all the angst about our Season Tickets has anyone at the club thought to upgrade our seats to nice thick leather ones for comfort. I don’t want them warmed or anything just thick leather comfortable ones. ;-)

I think the club are expecting chaos with the statement enter before 11.30 and you will be included into a prize draw,
trying to get people there as early as possible

I give up. Trying to transfer my Burnley ticket to my son who is a Matchday Member but it is telling me he has too many tickets. Ggrrr

Has he gone into his account Fred and no Burnley ticket is showing mate. It’s possible that either the ticket transfer isn’t enabled yet or the transfer has taken place but the ticket voucher in his electronic wallet isn’t showing yet. Just suggestions. I’m not sure on the answer.

Got an email from the club last night thanking me for transferring my Spurs ticket to one of my F & F. I never did any such thing and now the Spurs ticket has disappeared from my wallet. I'm in a supporters club so have about 100 on my F&F list and have no idea where the ticket has gone. Anyone else had this problem or any advice. I'm on the phone in the queue now....

Log on to your account on the website.
Click tickets.
Click on tickets tab. It will have whichever name has the ticket under the game concerned.

Yep, I have mine, my son's and dad's. Had that for a couple of seasons.

I've had loads of issues trying to transfer my Spurs ticket to a mate. After waiting around 30 minutes on the phone, I finally got through to the club and spoke to a really helpful guy called Ben, who said he was the Fan Support Supervisor. He apologised for the delay and explained there have been ongoing problems with the ticket transfer system.

I think the ticket office often gets all the stick which I can understand but those managing the phones deserve more credit. They're unfortunately being forced to work with systems that clearly aren’t working properly. Despite all that, Ben was a real credit to the club calm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.

I’ve found them really good. So helpful. I have a PA ticket which just wouldn’t load. After being on the phone for half an hour, messing about, I offered to go to the ground with my phone. The staff member was adamant that I wasn’t to do that and that she would sort it. She ended up having to send me a Q code by email that did the trick. And she rang me back later to check it worked. It’s such a shame they’ve been landed with this awful system.

Don’t you remember how hot those leatherette bench seats used to get in the back of a car Eccles? I’ll stick with plastic.
