Now it looks like ederson is set to stay as gala have moved on (check latest post on his thread) I hope posters don’t absolutely lose their minds when donnarumma joins United.
If Galatasaray is going to have the same attitude as with Ederson, they won't get that goalkeeper either. They're still more likely to get Ederson.

If ederson plays tomorrow then deal is off imo
He will play and everyone is saying because it's gonna be his last game for City.
Sliding doors moment for a goalkeeper of this quality when our other one wants out. Silly to have a keeper where his head isn’t in it staying again imo when one of the worlds top keepers and 6 years younger is ready to come in

It's absolutely embarrassing if we don't get him. Best GK in the world who's only 26 throwing himself at us and we miss out on him because of a 32yo GK who has only 1 more year on his contract. Same with Savinho-Rodrygo. 80mil for a player we paid 40mil after just 1 season where he had only 1 PL goal and we would get a player that perfectly fits our system and is an upgrade as a replacement. This board and their idea of a rebuild is quickly becoming a joke.

This guy is wrong on almost everything. Also, Galatasaray is confirmed to sign him if they miss out on Ederson. Fake news.

Mate - if you’ve learned nothing else this window, it’s that you can’t trust a single word coming out of Galatasaray.

They are literally full of shit - the Club, and every single one of their client journalists.

They’ve been an absolute embarrassment this window.

All the big talk, with absolutely no fucking substance to so much as a single word of it.

They’re not ‘confirmed to sign’ anyone.

I have to agree, they are not acting like a serious club. Their attitude in this transfer window has been nothing short of idiotic no matter what player they were linked with.

Can’t lie, I’d be gutted if we didn’t get this one done. A massive market opportunity in a position we should be looking to plan for given our number 1 will be off either now or in a year.

The silver lining, though, would be a clearer pathway for Trafford.

We probably are exploring other options as a fall back and negotiating tactic. From the sounds of things Ederson wants out regardless and we want Donarumma but it would seem PSG are looking for a big fee. However with Donarumma’s contract up next summer they won’t want to keep him on high wages and miss out of a fee.

High stakes poker being played. The closer it is to the close of the window the bigger the risk for PSG.

You do know that one's 'head not being in it' is a temporary thing right, where grown-ups can still swing back and perform, their character allows for this. It's not like once he loses his head, it is then just gone forever.

He will make them title contenders.

PSG are ditching Donnarumma as he is not capable of playing as a ball-playing keeper. His replacement - Chevalier - can do that. I think signing him would restrict the way City play. Having a keeper who is a brilliant shot stopper is very tempting but maybe the downsides could outweigh the upsides in terms of team strategy.

Rodrygo as a Savinho replacement sounds tempting but is probably a complicated move and it could be that because that clown Levy is involved, City are playing their cards close to their chest.

I am pretty happy with the rebuild so far. We have the best midfielder in Serie A last year who has hit the ground running and an amazing attacking prospect in Cherki plus the best young keeper in the country.

The squad seems to have way more energy than was the case at the start of last season.
