Interesting article in the Telegraph about the evolution of Drone warfare in the Rusdian invasion of Ukraine.

UK MOD procurement processes are a waste of space when it comes to rapidly evolving technology.

Currently producing 1 a day, I’ve seen it pointed out that in this interview the 2 shown are numbered 479 and 480.

This states 7 per day by October. However. Other articles say mass production starts in December and 7 per day by October. So while this suggests 2 months away it could be 14 months for that level.

The occupied territories joining the party is a sign of serious problems brewing for Russia.

Largest Russian combined drone and missile strike for days. A huge number shot down though. I suspect Ukraines intercepter drones are are starting to kick in.

Granted they could have random numbers but then you wouldn't likely get 2 random numbers in sequence.


Cant see them having 500 ready to go but nice for psychological effect, could well include lots of prototypes if it is a sequential list as well. and could plenty are in production and on the production line, shells for the rockets without the working parts etc as the ones with 479/480 are far from complete. You can see 6 in production in one of the pics which seems to be a tiny section of the factory.

I've now been told,they will apparently produce 200 a month,which would roughly align with the said 7 a day Grunge mentioned.
Bit of a jump from 50 a month.
Dunno how accurate that is.
