Detail view on the oil refinement strikes. Basically pointing out that this isn't just business as usual, Ukraine are targeting the refineries and supply lines that are being used to supply the shadow fleet as well as causing fuel shortages in Russia, the regions being targeted for fuel shortages are being carefully chosen as well as these are areas that have problem with "federal cohesion", the ones that have police shortages and are known as trouble areas in Russia.
The Shadow fleet impact is basically to enact the secondary sanctions that the west isn't putting in place. Ukraine are doing it instead, While this will heavily impact Russia's economy it might force Trumps hand to do something so its shown that he's the one that stopped the war rather than Ukraine.
